4. How the winners are determined

4.1. Paid kinect.lt orders that include at least one copy of NBA 2K27 (hereinafter referred to as "Participating Orders") are eligible for the Promotion.

4.2. Participating orders are numbered according to the time of payment confirmation. Orders for both platforms (PS5 and Xbox Series X) are counted in a common queue.

4.4. Cancelled and unpaid orders, as well as orders for which NBA 2K27 was returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, are not eligible for the promotion and are not counted in the queue. 5.2. If the order includes other items or more than one copy of NBA 2K27, only the price of one copy of NBA 2K27 will be refunded. Shipping and other item costs are not refundable.

5.3. The prize is not exchangeable for other goods or services.

6. Winner notification and refund

6.1. The winners will be determined and notified to the e-mail address specified in the order after the 14-day withdrawal period, calculated from the date of delivery of the goods, has expired and when the order order has been finally determined (clause 4.4). 6.2. The money will be refunded within 5 working days of the winner being notified using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
