Warranty information www.kinect.lt
MB "Pink Head", which operates Kinect.lt, provides guarantees that comply with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Articles 6.364–6.3647) and the manufacturers' terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to new, refurbished and used goods purchased from our store. In addition to this information, buyers are granted all statutory rights.
14-day return policy
Individuals have a 14-day right to return the product from the date of receipt (according to the Civil Procedure Code and the Law on Electronic Commerce). Any product can be returned, except for custom-made or customized products. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Send an email with product information, order number and invoice to contact@contacts . Refunds are given within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return address: Kuršių g. 7, 1st floor, entrance 4, 48107 Kaunas Lithuania.
This right applies only to natural persons.
Warranty scope
For individuals:
- For new devices: 24-month warranty according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- For refurbished and/or used devices: 12 months warranty.
- Used accessories: 1 month warranty.
For legal entities:
- New appliances: 12 months warranty.
- Accessories, virtual reality glasses, drones: 3 month warranty.
- Refurbished and/or used devices: 6 months warranty.
- Used accessories: 1 month warranty.
A statutory 24-month warranty for new items for natural persons is provided in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, without limitation to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranty conditions
- Start of the period: From the day of collection or delivery of the goods to the buyer.
- Documents: A purchase document (receipt, invoice or leasing agreement) is required.
- Repair term: Manufacturer's warranty defects are repaired within 14–21 days from receipt of the product at our center ( Kinect.lt store in Kaunas ). When importing parts - up to 45 days.
- Replacement or refund: If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced or the money will be refunded in accordance with the Civil Code (Article 6.3641). Transportation is organized by the seller if the defect is his responsibility.
- Customer responsibility: If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the customer pays for the repair and transportation.
- Refurbished/Used Items: Limited warranty with the periods listed above due to prior use.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty is not valid:
- Physical or mechanical damage (improper use, falls, impacts).
- For damaged seals, serial number or unauthorized modification.
- Liquid and moisture damage.
- Electrical surges, improper power supplies, or unauthorized modifications.
- External factors (lightning, flood, natural disasters).
- For illegal repairs in unauthorized locations.
- For improper use (violation of the manual, extreme conditions, without grounding).
- For consumable goods/parts (cables, cases, holders, batteries, controller potentiometers, etc.).
If necessary, we perform an examination (free of charge for individuals for the first 6 months). If the defect is not covered by the warranty, a fee applies.
Non-warranty repairs
For products not covered by warranty, we offer repair services at the customer's expense.
Additional notes
- Please contact us in advance for warranty.
- Kinect.lt is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- Check the product immediately upon receipt - report any transport damage within 14 days.
If used correctly, your equipment will last a long time.
WARNING: Before submitting for warranty service, be sure to assemble the complete device. Include the purchase document and your contact details with a description of the defect.
